"I start with simple drawings of images I often see as I wake up in the morning.

Circles, lines and grid have appeared repetitively and seem to be a metaphor for the relationship between my internal and external world and to others.

I am experimenting with all kinds of media from acrylic, ink, to watercolour, chalk, pastels, tempera and gesso. I also add sand and have started to scrach with wire brushes.

I believe I work with 'what does not exist' which makes the process exciting but also uncomfortable.

Mike at The print Bureau has been very supportive in the development of my artistic career especially with the printing of my pastels and my prints. The results on his new acid free paper have been wonderful and very true to the original."
